Orders & Returns

Ebook, Audiobooks, Other Digital Downloads

Digital products like ebooks and audiobooks are not returnable unless otherwise noted.

BOOKS

Purchases by Individuals

Printed books may be returned by individuals for full credit (except shipping) up to 30 days from the invoice date. Returned product must:

  • Be in saleable condition (undamaged)
  • Include the customer number and billing address on your invoice.
  • Be carefully packaged to avoid damage in shipment.
  • Be published by Founders Press.

Orders that are returned and are not in the conditions noted above will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 30 days.

Damaged Merchandise

Damaged/defective goods may be returned or replaced. Simply notify us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, indicating the nature of the damage and the number of books. During the refund process you may be asked to submit pictures of the damaged items.

Church / Distributor Orders

All church and distributor orders are non-returnable. If you receive damaged items in your order, please contact us at officeadmin@founders.org within 60 days. We will provide a credit toward future purchases.

Condition of Returns

For your returns to be handled in a timely manner, please note the following:

  • Include order number and billing address with return.
  • Package returns carefully to avoid damage in shipment.
  • Do not return books that are not in saleable condition.
